Participants should complete registration procedure and payment. All payments
must be made in JPY (Japanese Yen). Registration fee can be submitted by
one of the two methods basically: Bank Transfer or Credit Cards (Visa or Master).

Refund Policy
Cancellation on the registration fee can be made via e-mail or fax, but
must be confirmed with your hand-written signature. We will deduct the
cost (JPY10,000) of operation and refund you the fee. No refunds will be
issued after SEP. 30, 2018.
